• Fall fun has arrived in Delaware! Kick off the month at Main Street Delaware’s October First Friday: Stop, Drop & Dance! on Friday, October 2 from 6–9pm. Downtown will be filled with 100+ community vendors, food, live music, City of Delaware fire trucks, fire prevention activities and more! 🚒🎶

• Looking for pumpkins without leaving Delaware? Head over to Olentangy Caverns at 1779 Home Rd for their Fall Fest! In addition to pumpkins and fall activities, they have special events happening throughout October—including magic, live music, a kids craft market and even a puppet show. Their 2026 season runs through November 1!

• There’s still time to visit the Main Street Delaware Farmers’ Market before the season ends! Stop downtown Saturday mornings from 9am–12pm for seasonal produce, baked goods, flowers, honey, handmade items and more. The final market of the year is Saturday, October 31—and it coincides with Trick-or-Treat Down Main Street! 👻 (Note: there is no Farmers’ Market on October 10 due to the 32nd Annual Performance Charity Car Show running from 9am - 4pm downtown Delaware.)

• Feeling brave? The Ghost Walk of Haunted Historic Delaware returns Saturday, October 10! Tours begin at Boardman Arts Park and make their way through the haunted streets and stories of Delaware’s historic Northwest Neighborhood. Tour times are 5pm, 6pm and 7pm, and tickets are required.

• If you’re looking for a classic fall day trip, Delaware County has plenty of options! Grab your pumpkins and enjoy hayrides, outdoor activities and plenty of fall fun at Lehner’s Pumpkin Farm in Radnor or Leeds Farm in Ostrander. Both make an easy fall outing for families!

Adam has been serving the Delaware community as a State Farm Agent since 2008. Originally from Louisville, KY, he followed his passion for helping people prepare for the unexpected by becoming an agent. Adam’s background includes mechanical engineering studies at Michigan State University and the Speed School at the University of Louisville, along with a Bachelor’s in Management from the University of Louisville and a Master’s in Financial Economics from Ohio University. He also served as Communications Chief for a tank unit in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and was honorably discharged after eight years of service.

Beyond the office, Adam enjoys coaching multiple youth basketball teams, teaching insurance and financial classes through organizations such as Jr. Achievement, OSU School of Business, and Habitat for Humanity, and serving as a member of the Mercator Club supporting Columbus youth charities.

We believe giving back matters. Our team supports organizations including the Humane Society of Delaware County, Habitat for Humanity, and local first responders. We also enjoy being part of community events like the Little Brown Jug Junior Golf Classic, First Fridays, and the annual Performance Charity Car Show.
